Family Practice, Western Wisconsin:  Opportunity to practice full scope Family Medicine.  Desire those interested in providing Obstetrical care but not necessary.  Would be joining  ten practicing members in the department of Family Practice, eight of whom practice Obstetrics.  Inpatient pediatric and nursery rounds every eighth or ninth week with Obstetric call one night per week on average.

Family Practice, Southern Wisconsin:  BC/BE Family Physician OB preferred but not required to join current providers which include 4 Family Physicians, 1 Internist, 2 General Surgeons, 1 Physician Assistant, 1 Family Nurse Practitioner/Certified Nurse Midwife, 3 Nurse Practitioners, as well as 16 specialists who provide outreach services to the area.  1:5 general call and 1:4 OB call.  ER coverage is provided by ED physicians 24/7.

Dermatology, Western Wisconsin:  Seeking both a fellowship trained Mohs surgeon and a BC/BE general dermatologist with strong clinical/surgical skills.  Interest in cosmetics is appropriate.  Extensive referral base plus the 5 current dermatologists in the department.

Endocrinology, Western Wisconsin:  Seeking a BC/BE endocrinologist for a 100% broad spectrum, primarily consultative position.  4-1/2 day work week with one day of outreach per month may be expected.  Offering a complete benefits package including a comprehensive retirement plan, paid medical and dental, malpractice, six weeks of vacation/CME for new physicians, and a moving allowance. In addition, our physicians are able to take advantage of continuing education tuition free.

Pediatrics, Central Wisconsin:  Join our great group of 8 physicians.  Everyboy in the department keeps their focus on quality and care for children.  Schedule: Clinic Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  During the winter months, will be open Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to Noon.  Call Schedule - 1:6.  Work 4 and 1/2 days per week.  The number of patients/day/physician: 20-30.  Dictation charting is used, moving to an EHR system within 5 years.

Family Practice, Western Wisconsin:  Seeking a BC/BE Family Practitioner or BC/BE Med-Peds with interest in both inpatient and outpatient care.  PALS, CALS, ACLS, ATLS, and RSI needed to back-up the ED Physician Assistants.   Prenatal care optional with no OB.  Physicians work a 4-day (clinic scheduled) work week and typically see patients between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  Call of 1:5 may be expected.  No first call in the E.D.  Call involves back up for mid-level providers in the E.D. and is compensated.  Procedures currently performed include treadmills, D & C, minor office surgery, simple fracture care, colposcopy, vasectomies, and wound care.

Family Practice, Western Wisconsin:  Seeking a physician BC/BE in Family Medicine.  This is an outpatient position without OB.  You may expect a full-time practice, four and a half days per week.  The office hours vary among providers to reflect thirty-one and half hours of direct patient contact per week.  Phone call is 1:23.  One in twenty-three weekends, you would work either Saturday or Sunday in Urgent Care and would be compensated at an hourly rate.  There are 14 family practitioners located there.

General Surgery, Northern Wisconsin:  Seeking a physician BC/BE in General Surgery for a full scope general surgery practice.  Willingness to do c-sections as needed by Family Medicine physicians required.  Training will be provided if needed.  There are 2 recently remodeled surgery suites.  4 day work week. C-section call 1:3.  General Surgery call 1:2 with system back up.  Two-year salary guarantee and incentive paid upon arrival.  25-bed critical access hospital with well-equipped, spacious OR’s, CT scan, radiology, and high staff satisfaction.  EMR, PACS, and other on-line resources make it possible to practice state-of-the-art medicine in a vacation-like setting.  

General Surgery, Western Wisconsin:  Seeking BC/BE general surgeon, with interest and expertise in trauma (Level II), general vascular, and advanced laparoscopic procedures.  An ideal opportunity to practice full scope general surgery.  A team oriented surgeon with refined customer service skills and a quality focus, would fit well with this group.  Call of 1:7 primary and 1:7 backup.  Cover one hospital attached to clinic.

Hospitalist, Western Wisconsin:  seeks a Hospitalist, BC/BE in Internal Medicine.  Will provide comprehensive care from admission to discharge for all patients referred to the service.  May expect to work 7 days on/7 days off in 12-hour shifts either a.m. or p.m. for 23 weeks of the year, with 29 weeks off.

Internal Medicine, Western Wisconsin:  Seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician for a traditional in/out patient practice with a 4-½ day workweek.  Call schedule averages 1:10  (2 IM’s on every 7th weekend and one on every 14th weekday).  Call person does all admissions after noon on week days; on call day you are in the office until noon; there are no afternoon office appointments.  You are able to leave early the day after call and weekday call is usually scheduled before your ½ day off.  There are an average of 4-8 admissions/day on weekday call.  There are 4-8 admissions total for the weekend call plus rounds for 7 providers. 

Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, Western Wisconsin:  Seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine- Pediatrics (Med Peds) physician for a traditional in/out patient practice with a 4-½ day workweek.  Call schedule averages 1:8 or better. 

Neurology, Western Wisconsin:  Seeking a BC/BE general adult neurologist.  Fellowship training in peripheral nerve or EMG is desired but not required.  Weekend general call of 1:6 and weekday general call of 1:5; with a 4 ½ day workweek.  Office is located in only hospital covered.  Outreach to satellite sites one to two days per month.

Gastroenterology, Eastern Wisconsin:  Annual base salary plus tiered incentive structure (after expenses), life insurance, short- and long-term disability, paid for health/dental, sign-on bonus, relocation allowance and pension plan, paid-for malpractice insurance, medical licenses and DEA and much more.

Neurosurgery, Western Wisconsin:  Seeking a BC/BE neurosurgeon with a broad range of skills.  Spine fellowship training strongly preferred.  Complex spine experience would be considered.  Call of 1:3 is shared equally.  Generous incentive and competitive 2-year minimum guarantee.  Neurosurgeons practice "state of the art" medicine, have equal earning potential from the beginning, have their office in the only hospital they cover.

Pediatrics, Western Wisconsin:  Seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician.  This is a general pediatrics position but special interests may be accommodated.  The position is approximately 85% out-patient and 15% in-patient.  The current department has 7 pediatricians and a nurse practitioner.  Call will be 1:8.  Patient volume averages 20 to 25 patients per day.  You may expect an equal voice and equal call from day one.  You may expect a salary guarantee for each of your first two years with the ability to earn more based on production.  There is a generous bonus paid out upon arrival and forgiven over a two year period.  After two years, your earnings will be calculated on RVU production.  Competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, malpractice, life, disability, a pension/profit sharing plan, two weeks CME, four weeks vacation, $4,800/year CME allowance, and up to $10,000 for relocation, etc.

Bariatric Surgery, Western Wisconsin:  With 11 Surgeons, 3 PA’s and 1 NP on staff, you can enjoy a balanced lifestyle in a collegial environment.   In addition to being a level II trauma center, the department is a fully accredited five-year residency program with 10 residents in training. There is also a Bariatric Fellowship in advanced laparoscopy with emphasis in LGB that provides the optimal training environment for acquisition of skills necessary to safely and effectively perform LGB.  The successful candidate will have completed a one-year fellowship from a program that is fully accredited in minimally invasive/bariatric surgery and is board certified in general surgery.  The practice involves all aspects of surgery.  Ideal candidates will have proven case experience, excellent outcomes in laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric by-pass and/or lap band surgeries.

Emergency Medicine, Western Wisconsin:  Join 10 colleagues in a Level II Trauma Center which records more than 30,000 annual visits and is the core EMS facility for a 25 clinic network serving a regional population of more than 500,000.  BC/BE; residency trained in Emergency Medicine is required. Position involves double coverage (pm's).

Dermatology, Western Wisconsin:  our practice will consist of general medical dermatology with opportunities for dermatologic surgery (regular and cosmetic), medical education, and clinical research within one of the nation’s largest multi-specialty group practices.  Services currently offered include MOHS Surgery, Photodynamic Therapy, PUVA, Broad and Narrow Band UVB, Vascular Laser Treatment and multiple IPL’s.

Internal Medicine, Northern Wisconsin:  Seeking a qualified BC/BP Internal Medicine physician to join practice.  This outpatient-only practice is a great fit for someone looking to practice medicine the "Ol' Fashioned Way."  The clinic's patient mix consists of a third pediatrics and two thirds adult.  The clinic operates Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Our supportive health care includes diagnostic services, family medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, otolaryngology, pediatrics, rheumatology, surgery, lab services and specialist referral.

Endocrinology, Western Wisconsin:  The department currently consists of five endocrinologists.  An endocrinology trained nurse practitioner or PA works in each of these locations as well.  Both department locations have an ADA recognized diabetes education program.  Five additional regional (rural) clinic locations in the system also have recognized programs.  Hospital consult rounds and call is rotated on a two-week basis among all of the endocrinologists.  A CDE RN from the Endocrinology Department serves as a nurse resource to the hospital patients and nurses to assist with diabetes teaching and transition to ambulatory diabetes care.

Noenatologist, Western Wisconsin:  Neonatologist to join the physician and associate staff group to provide care in 12 bed, level IIIb NICU.  This position can be either full or part-time.  The NNP/PA group provides in-house coverage and transport services.  A dedicated pediatric respiratory therapy group supports the use of conventional and high-frequency ventilation.  The medical staff includes a wide range of pediatric medical and surgical subspecialists in addition to an active OB department with perinatology services.

Orthopedic Surgery, Southern Wisconsin:  Surgeon to join a premier clinic.  This generalist will be able to provide full scope orthopedic services with the support of the local clinic staff.  Compensation will be guaranteed at above market rates for two years then a secure, rvu production model will drive your future success and reward you for your work and commitment to serving our patients.  Full loan repayment program is part of our package with a cap.   This position also includes a full benefits package which makes the total compensation and the employment opportunity a premier position in the Upper Midwest.

Emergency Medicine, Northern Wisconsin:  Looking for a dedicated BC/BP Emergency, Family, or Internal Medicine trained physician to work in Emergency Department.  The Emergency Department sees an annual volume of 6-7000 while the adjacent walk-in clinic sees 6,500.  The prospective candidate may have special interest in starting an ultrasound program for the department.  Small community Emergency Department just north of larger metropolitan area of 100,000+.  Critical access hospital, 9 bed Emergency Department, 12-13 twelve hour shifts per month, real-time x-ray  iterpretation weekdays between 8am-5pm, and 24 hour CT scan interpretation, quality, competent nursing staff and grateful patients.
